As a therapist, Rebecca’s mission is to foster acceptance, improve communication, and nurture healthy connections, guiding her clients toward personal growth. Her approach is defined by warmth, acceptance, and a touch of humour, creating an environment conducive to healing and progress.

Rebecca’s expertise spans across diverse demographics—adolescents, adults, and family units—addressing emotion regulation challenges and navigating life’s complexities. She finds fulfillment in aiding individuals during the prenatal and postpartum phases, as well as those grappling with body image and self-esteem issues.

Drawing from various therapeutic tools, including mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, Rebecca tailors her approach to align with your unique personality and needs. Understanding the singular nature of each individual, she crafts a bespoke path to facilitate growth and wellness.

Rebecca is a Registered Social Worker, licensed with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and an esteemed member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. She has a Master’s degree in Social Work from Windsor University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with Honours from Laurentian University. Larissa has experience working with Anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress.

Her specialties include: Self-injury, suicide, farmer mental health, autism, addiction and sexual exploitation. ___ Larissa is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Yorkville University graduate with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Over the past nine years, she has worked in a variety of capacities, supporting young people and adults experiencing a diverse range of mental health concerns. First and foremost, Jennifer’s approach centers each of her clients as the expert of their unique lived and felt experiences. As her clients bravely explore their emotions, past experiences, identities, interpersonal relationships, spirituality, and values, Jennifer meets them with unwavering warmth, authenticity, shared moments of humour, and non-judgmental support. Jennifer especially enjoys collaborating with clients (aged 16+) who have presenting concerns related to ADHD, anxiety, body image issues, depression, grief, low self-esteem, parenting, perfectionism, and/or spiritual wounds.

Jennifer practices from an anti-oppressive, neurodiversity- affirming, and trauma informed lens and draws on emotion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. She believes in her clients’ capacity for growth and aims to empower each individual as they deepen their emotional and self-awareness, build connections and resilience, and find healing.

Jennifer is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Master of Education degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology from Trent University.

Michaella received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour with a specialization in Mental Health. She then went on to complete her Master of Arts at the University of Ottawa in Counselling Psychology.

As a Registered Psychotherapist, Michaella has worked in both private and non-profit therapy settings with both youths and adults. She has experience working with clients dealing with anxiety/worry, depression/low mood, trauma, relationship issues, grief and other big life changes.
